ARTWORK

I specialize in character illustration and am currently working on practicing comics and animation. I prioritize sharp shapes, textures, and strong colors in my work.My art and characters may touch upon various topics, including but not limited to: suggestive themes, depression, mental illness, substance abuse, violence, cynical humor, angel/demon themes, romantic yearning, being a socially inept failure, weirdo behavior, foul language, and more.

EXAMPLES OF MY WORK:

Most of my inspiration and journey with my art stems from 90s-2000s cartoons (Billy and Mandy, Teen Titans, Powerpuff Girls, Invader Zim), indie games (Deltarune, AntonBlast, Who's Lila, RPGMaker horror games), Steven Universe, Panty and Stocking, and works from artists like Unknownperson, Jhonen Vasquez, Tim Burton and Pyohato. I am also very inspired by the talented friends and artists I've met online over the years, and am always on the lookout for creatives who stand out to me.

ABOUT ME

I'm an autistic queer artist residing in midwest USA, and a skeleton hiding within a meat suit. Most of what I make outside of comms is for myself and catered only to myself, but if other people like it then that's a bonus. I'm fairly selfish with my art and I'm proud of that. I hope to make bigger projects with my characters at some point in the future. Currently in a relationship of over 2 years with my girlfriend Lamb.I enjoy 2000s stuff, indie animation, indie games, rock, new wave and electronic music, grunge, goth and emo fashion, OCs, horror and psychological themes, bones, demonology, collecting CDs, snails, raccoons, cartoons, and long walks by the lake of fire.Ever since I was little, I've always used art to express myself and to cope with the stresses and horrors of day to day life. It has been the only thing that's given my life any sense of meaning. It's my outlet, my love language, and my passion. As a result I am vigorously pro-artist and quite annoying about it too. Art should disturb the comforted and comfort the disturbed, that it should exist to both reflect our culture and to challenge it, and i believe the beauty of art can never be replicated by machine. Even the poorly drawn and the "cringe" are valuable to me on the entire basis of human expression. If you find issue with anything I said, then you're not the kind of audience I want around. I only want people around who actually care about artists and are unapologetic about it.I have been described by friends and enemies alike as "socially awkward," "cringe," "a quirky white boy," "[censored]," and probably various other things over the years.I'm introverted, value empathy and nuance, and I can be fairly chill when talking. Just don't mistake me for a pushover, because I have a zero-bullshit policy nowadays. Just don't be weird to me or have high expectations and we'll be fine.

REGARDING ART/CHARACTERS

- Art usage involving profile pictures, video edits, reposts, etc are fine. The only thing I ask for is credit.- I don't expect gift art but if you draw any I'll explode into confetti- Please don't selfship or draw explicit art of my sona or self-inserts (Check my toyhouse if you're unsure). Most of my other characters are fair game though.- Do not make merchandise off of my art to sell to others unless its a commission made with that intention. I don't mind if you make personal keychains/buttons/etc of my art, just don't profit off of my work and just make it solely for yourself.- Inspiration is flattering and part of every artist's journey, so never feel bad for it. Just don't copy my stuff 1:1 and rip me off.

- I have the right to turn down your request, with or without reason (in which you will be refunded after). There are no refunds after the artwork is complete.- Commissions with the intention for commercial use involving selling merchandise or official project illustrations must be discussed beforehand and may come with an additional fee that will be a one-time flat price, not recurring royalty fees. This does not apply to creating PNG avatars.- Clients must pay before I may work on a commission. Full price upfront, but I can alternatively do half upfront and half upon completion if asked.- Clients must communicate upon initial request if there are set deadlines for the commission to be completed. This helps to adjust my schedule accordingly.- Clients must provide images/references of their character. Please make sure that your character is readable, and reference images are flat colored or minimally shaded. Heavy lighting may interfere with the final result.- Clients must keep a means of communication available in case of any confusion or questions I may have regarding your order, as well as to see progress updates. My default means of contacting is through Ko-fi, but if you do not have a Ko-fi account or will not check Ko-fi then provide a link to a social media account or an email to where I can message you.- There is a chance I will post a client's request publicly on at least one of my socials upon completion or use it as an example to future clients. If this is an issue for the client, they must specify for their commission to be private.- Any client found being deceptive with their request (lying about their age when requesting suggestive art, fetish mining, attempting to avoid proper payment, claiming commissions as their own created work) will be blacklisted.- For paid work involving longer-term projects, you are free to shoot me a message on one of my socials to discuss details (except for Bluesky, my messages don't work there).
